AquaSol, Inc. provided aquaculture consulting services to one of the largest integrated mining operations in North America. AquaSol investigated a potential aquaculture project to utilize the Client’s existing land and water assets in a two-phase feasibility study. The Client owns or leases 120,000 acres of land in a Midwestern U.S. state and pumps 34 million gallons of water per day from its mining operations. Our efforts were focused on site search, site analysis, site selection, species selection, and preliminary production system design.
